Rebecca leverages her distinctive background across advertising agencies, corporations, and nonprofits, to help Conlon Public Strategies’ clientele foster brand growth and advance their missions. Her talent lies in understanding the needs of these organizations to deliver human-centered design and strategic marketing and communications solutions.
While working in tandem with Conlon Public Strategies, Rebecca owns Hatch Marketing, an independent agency in Washington, DC. Prior to launching Hatch, she led marketing and creative teams at the YMCA, Capital One, HSBC, LKH&S, and TwoxFour. Rebecca is known for her pivotal role in helping local and national clients to find their voice in competitive landscapes and enjoys creating experiences that shape partners and people for the better.
She is a founding member of Minds Matter Chicago, a nonprofit that empowers young people from low-income families to achieve college readiness and success. Additionally, she is a member of the Battery Park Association and coaches youth soccer teams. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree in graphic design and marketing from Miami University (OH). She engages in continuous learning by attending workshops, maintaining social media platforms for multiple nonprofit organizations, and collaborating with other professionals to try out new creative approaches. Every day, she gains her most crucial insights through collaborative work with her clients.
