The Lighthouse Institute (research division of Conlon Public Strategies client Chestnut Health Systems) has developed a new screening platform, Screen4Success, in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). In addition to a personal version for use by parents, educators, and community members, there is now a professional version for professionals and agencies. Screen4Success for professionals offers a sophisticated screening and referral management tool so professional groups (agencies/programs/health centers) can quickly and reliably (for free) help clients identify generalized mental health, substance use, and general health problems and identify national referral options. The professional version can be also used to collect performance and outcome data on larger groups of clients. Unlike other screeners, this exciting new tool has the ability to capture co-occurring conditions. Congratulations, Chestnut, on this successful collaboration!
