Conlon Public Strategies President Kevin Conlon enjoyed celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a few days early this year by attending the Irish American Partnership breakfast at the Union League Club on Friday, March 14. This year’s event was particularly momentous as it marked the Partnership’s 30th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast Celebration. In addition, it featured Senator Richard J. Durbin, who will be retiring this year after representing Illinois in the U.S. Senate for nearly three decades. He spoke about the deep and enduring ties between Illinois and Ireland, and the importance of continued partnership.
