Guadalupe brings expertise in project and campaign management, public affairs, program evaluation, and business operations to the Conlon Public Strategies team. She is committed to advancing equitable outcomes through research and culturally competent stakeholder engagement. As a first-generation Latina and daughter of immigrants, Guadalupe offers a unique perspective and a track record of bridging communities and institutions to drive meaningful change.
Community
- Latin dance instructor for Lane Tech’s Colombian club at her alma mater, leading the team to win the Emerging Artist award (2025, 2026).
- Peer mentor, Chicago Scholars, a nomination for Mentor of the Year. (2020-2021)
Education
Guadalupe is a candidate for a Master of Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University, with an expected graduation in December 2026. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies from DePaul University.
