Conlon Public Strategies is pleased to announce that Dr. David Soglin has joined the firm as a senior advisor. Dr. Soglin is board certified in pediatric emergency medicine and previously served as the chief medical officer at La Rabida Children’s Hospital and the chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Cook County Health and Hospital Systems, where he also led the pediatrics residency program. Dr. Soglin offers Conlon Public Strategies clients expertise in health care, education, organizational management and strategy, and program design and evaluation. He has a particular interest in improving outcomes for under-served children, especially those impacted by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE).
