On Friday, October 14, Kevin Conlon will be moderating “Budgets, Cannabis, and Casinos,” a panel discussion hosted by the American Society for Public Administrators (ASPA) Greater Chicago Chapter and Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. The discussion will feature Mollie Foust, key advisor in the Illinois governor’s office on adult‐use cannabis policy; Amanda Kass, assistant professor at the DePaul University School of Public Service; and Andy Crosby, assistant professor of instruction in the master’s of public policy and administration program at Northwestern.
