About

Carson brings a unique combination of regulatory experience, nonprofit involvement, legal training, and international studies to his work on behalf of Conlon Public Strategies clients.
 
Carson is a recent law school graduate and, before joining Conlon Public Strategies, worked at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), the state agency responsible for the regulation of licensed professions. His nonprofit experience includes working for the Grant Park Music Festival at Millennium Park, the oldest free classical music festival in the United States, and serving on the Associate Board for the Center for Independent Futures, an Evanston organization that helps individuals with disabilities live full lives.

Education

Carson holds a BA in history from the University of London, a MPhil in history from the University of Oxford, and a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration at Northwestern University.
