About
Catherine brings expertise in project management, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum development to the Conlon Public Strategies team. A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and youth development professional, Catherine has advanced the well-being and opportunities of young people across diverse sectors and cultural contexts. She has supported children and youth facing homelessness, chronic illness, displacement, and mental health challenges through research, advocacy, social entrepreneurship, clinical work, and both direct and systemic interventions. A proud Ukrainian-American with full proficiency in Ukrainian, Catherine is committed to cultural humility, inclusivity, and a “do no harm” approach. She applies trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies to drive systemic change, foster resilience, and expand opportunities for marginalized youth.

Education
Catherine holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in social service administration from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
