Kelly draws on her entrepreneurship, accounting, and project management experience to support Conlon’s internal operations, as well as assist nonprofit clients with select projects. Kelly leverages her background in software consulting, team management, and nonprofit consulting to utilize technology to assist clients.

Kelly has founded and leads a digital health company focused on providing non-opioid solutions for chronic pain and is committed to diminishing stigma and increasing access to substance use disorder treatment. Additionally, she specializes in supporting clients across a variety of industries with finance and accounting support.

Kelly earned her MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and her undergraduate degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Boston University. She is the chair of the Associate Board of the Haymarket Center.
