Conlon Public Strategies is excited to share that Ruth Reiner and Elizabeth Vincent have joined the firm as senior advisors. Ruth has more than 20 years of experience assisting organizations, teams, and leaders to align their business models and human resource strategies with their business goals through strategic planning, leadership, team development, change management, and organizational capability development. Most recently, Ruth served as the senior global director of the Executive MBA Program at the UChicago Booth School of Business. Before joining Chicago Booth, Ruth held several roles in organization development, talent development, and change management at Motorola, BP, and CSC Index Consulting.
Liz brings important additional expertise in public policy research, writing, advocacy, and project management to the CPS team. After beginning her career practicing education law, she served as an assistant to Mayor Richard M. Daley for policy. In this role, Elizabeth advanced impactful legislation, long-term policy agendas, programmatic best practices, and new initiatives. Before joining Conlon Public Strategies, Liz also served in public policy and government affairs roles for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute, where she helped shape policy on issues impacting commercial real estate. Liz earned her undergraduate and law degrees, as well as a master’s in public policy and administration from Northwestern University.
