Congratulations to Winnebago County on the launch of WINNING START WINNEBAGO – Welcoming Babies, Connecting Families. This community-wide initiative welcomes all newborns in Winnebago County to the community and coordinates seamless support for their families. WINNING START WINNEBAGO will provide free home visiting services and resources to support healthy pregnancies, child development, and family bonding, giving every baby in Winnebago County a WINNING START.
