Conlon Public Strategies Welcomes Gina Chen as Senior Advisor

Conlon Public Strategies is pleased to announce that Gina Chen has joined our firm as a senior advisor. In her role with us, Gina will leverage her extensive experience to support Conlon Public Strategies clients with organizational development, strategic growth, and relationship-building while also continuing to lead One Ally, her mission-driven law firm.

Gina’s relationship with Conlon Public Strategies dates back to 2012-2013, when she served as a project manager before pursuing her law degree at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. “We are thrilled to welcome Gina back to the Conlon Public Strategies team,” said Kevin Conlon, President. “Her unique combination of legal expertise, international experience, and commitment to mission-driven work aligns perfectly with our firm’s values and approach to helping organizations make meaningful social impact.”

Prior to founding One Ally, Gina practiced at top tier law firms including Mayer Brown, Paul Weiss, and Davis Polk & Wardwell. She has experience in community building, climate advocacy, and private equity and venture capital funding for women and minority-founded businesses. A Fulbright Research Scholar to China, Gina was recognized as one of “25 Under 25: Future Leaders to Watch in US-China Relations” by China Hands Magazine at Yale University. She serves on the board of directors of Chicago-based High Jump where she is an alum as well as a member of an institute for strategic philanthropy and cross-cultural dialogues.
