Grace’s two decades of championing equity in early childhood education have transformed countless lives across Chicago. Since joining Concordia Place in 2023, for example, she has mobilized critical support for over 200 newly arrived migrant families, ensuring access to vital early childhood and youth programs.

As Grace beautifully puts it: “When we break down barriers and create pathways to quality programs and experiences, we don’t just change individual lives—we strengthen entire families and communities.”
