Congratulations to EverThrive Illinois on their recently released report that explores prenatal through postnatal care coordination systems to inform the development of a statewide perinatal system of care in Illinois. Conlon Public Strategies is proud to have had the opportunity to support EverThrive Illinois in coauthoring the report, which includes a landscape assessment of the existing evidence base for risk assessment and care coordination, extensive interviews with leaders in maternal and child health in our state, a review of models from other states and cities, and actionable recommendations for advancing an effective, accessible care coordination program for pregnant and birthing people.
