Irish Consul General Chicago Brunch

This past Sunday, our firm’s President, Kevin Conlon, had the distinct honor of attending a special brunch hosted by Consul General Brian Cahalane at the Drake Hotel in Chicago. The event welcomed former President of Ireland and former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson.

Robinson was in Chicago to mark the transfer of her extensive literary collection to DePaul University and to participate in the screening of Mrs. Robinson, a documentary about President Robinson’s remarkable life and career, which was featured at the Chicago Irish Film Festival.

Kevin had the pleasure of reconnecting with old friends. Among those in attendance were U.S. Senator Richard Durbin, Illinois Speaker Don Harmon, and other distinguished leaders, all gathered to honor President Robinson’s incredible legacy.

It was a memorable occasion for Kevin to be part of an event celebrating the remarkable contributions of President Robinson on both the global and personal stage.
